All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or courier delays.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order anytime via the carrier’s website or your Draven account page.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Draven is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your local authorities. All such charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before confirming your order. Draven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond a reasonable time frame, contact us immediately at support@draven.store. We will assist you in resolving the issue with our shipping partners.
