At Draven, our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our returns and refund process.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@draven.store with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by e-mail. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Personalized or custom-made products
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or payment provider first. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
